Once the league's last unbeaten, they have lost two of three and must travel to Jacksonville to face a Jaguars team that plays Indy with a chip on its shoulder pads. The Jags say the Colts, three-time defending AFC South champs, don't regard them as true rivals. Here are some story lines to follow in the coming days:: The Colts' fourth straight division crown has all but been conceded, considering the Jaguars are three games back with four to play. The bigger picture for the Colts is playoff seeding. One loss and they could fall to No. 2 behind San Diego. For the Jaguars, it's all about making the playoffs. They are one of five AFC teams at 7-5 fighting over two wild-card spots.: The Colts have slid to 32nd in run defense after Tennessee gashed them for 219 yards on 35 carries. The Jaguars are no slouches running the ball, either. Or as Colts defensive tackle Raheem Brock said Monday, "Maybe a little better than Tennessee." The Jaguars ran it 40 times for 191 yards when they visited the Colts on Sept. 24. Backup Maurice Jones-Drew, a stocky rookie from UCLA, needed just 13 carries for 103 yards.: The Colts' 27.1-point average will be put to the test at Alltel Stadium, where the Jaguars have allowed just 7.8 points per game and are 5-1 this season. "Defensively," said Colts center Jeff Saturday, "they're as good as you get." The Jaguars have shut out Pittsburgh and the New York Jets. The most points the Jags have allowed at home were 17 to Dallas in the season-opening victory. The Colts have scored 17 or fewer in three of their past four games.: The Jaguars have a 631-pound wall to stop runs. That's the combined weight of defensive tackles Marcus Stroud and John Henderson. The Colts know how tough it is to run on these guys. Last time they met, the Colts had just 63 yards on 20 carries. The Jaguars rank fifth in rushing defense at 91.5 yards allowed per game and fourth at 3.5 allowed per carry. By contrast, the Colts are allowing 159.9 yards rushing per game and 5.1 per carry.: Peyton Manning was intercepted twice by the Titans, but both passes hit receivers in the hands and should have been caught. In the Colts' two losses, they've turned the ball over six times. In the other 10 games, they've had just nine turnovers. The Jaguars have 20 takeaways, 17 of them interceptions. Cornerback Rashean Mathis is tied for the league lead with seven interceptions. The Jaguars are a plus-four in turnovers, the Colts plus-eight.
